Subjects Offered: Subjects offered in Academic (University)/Applied (College):|G9-G10: Math, Science, English; |G11 Academic: Math (Functions), Chemistry, Biology, Physics    |G12: Math (Advanced Functions, Data Management, Calculus), Chemistry, Biology, Physics |G12 IB/AP: SL and HL Chem, Math, Biology. Physics SL will be offered|

Location: All classes will be conducted Online through the video conference platform Zoom for the current time.

Availability: Tuesday – Friday: 6:30 P.M. – 8:30 P.M. | Saturday, Sunday 10:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M | Monday 2:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M.

Group Sessions (Maximum 4 Students per hour):

Students will be grouped accordingly to their grade and subject matter to promote personalized service. Notes and assessment material will also be provided.

Hour Packages

Hour packages will provide discounted hourly rates for students who would like a larger commitment. Hours will be documented on a student track sheet and updated on Google Drive. The student will be provided access to their google drive via their email (a GMAIL account is preferred). It is encouraged that students keep their own personal log, regarding sign in/out times. Any discrepancies with the records can be discussed via our office hours.

Hour Package Options

Note: All hour packages must be paid in full prior to the student’s session. Partial payments will not be accepted.

10 Hours = $170.00 (Rate: $17.00/hr)

25 Hours = $375.00 (Rate: $15.00/hr)

 G10 Hour Package Options Grade 10 Academic / Applied

10 Hours = $180.00 (Rate: $18.00/hr)

25 Hours = $400.00 (Rate: $16.00/hr)
G11 Hour Package Options Grade 11 Academic / Applied

10 Hours = $200.00 (Rate: $20.00/hr)

25 Hours = $450.00 (Rate: $18.00/hr)

 G12 Hour Package Options Grade 12 Academic / Applied

 

10 hours = $230.00 (Rate: $23.00/hr)

 

25 hours = $525.00 (Rate: $21.00/hr)

 Monthly Packages

Monthly Hour Packages are only intended for the particular month that they are issued. They will expire in the new months’ time without any exception.

Policies

Booking Policy

  1. Bookings can be made regarding registered students containing accounts with positive hour balances. Bookings can be made preferably by text, messaging platforms or email.
  2. Student accounts must have positive hour balances preceding service. Students with insufficient hour balances will be denied service, until appropriate action is taken to resolve the issue on their account.
  3. Bookings must be made at the very latest by 12:00 p.m. of the intended day of attendance. Priority will be given in chronological order.
  4. All bookings must be a minimum of 1 hour. If the student has fulfilled at least 2 hours  of instruction each week, no hour restrictions will be placed on subsequent bookings

Payment Policy

  1. All packages must be paid in full. Partial payments will not be accepted for packages. Packages will only be received if payment is preformed prior to the tutoring service. Otherwise, the hourly rate will be appropriately applied in association with the student’s grade level and hourly balance.
  2. Payments will be accepted in cash, cheque or email transfer. Customers will be responsible for any NSF fees due to bounced cheques or payments. If full payment is not made, tutoring will cease until full payment is received.
  3. All payments for services at Course Concepts Academy will be awarded receipts to document the transaction.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  1. All package sales are final and no refund will be awarded after the use of hours. Furthermore, all student packages are non-transferrable.
  2. All packages are effective until the end of their academic year. An academic year includes September of the current year to September of the next year. Remaining hours from the previous academic year will not be refunded and accepted in the new academic year.
  3. Prices are subsequent to change at the start of each new academic year.
  4. The student must provide the tutor with a 24-hour notice in the event of a cancellation. Cancellations can be performed via email, phone, or in person during office hours.
  5.  If the customer cancels the scheduled lesson less than 10 hours before the lesson, the scheduled lesson will be deducted from their remaining hours. If no notice is given and the tutor shows up, the full lesson will be deducted from their remaining hours.
