New Policy Additions and Changes for the New Year
Effective: January 1st, 2020
Schedule for January:
Monday 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Tuesday 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Wednesday 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Saturdays 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Sundays 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Addition of Monthly Hour Packages
Monthly Hour Packages will encompass 20 Hours per student for their specific grade.
The Packages are valid for the intended month only and will expire at the end of the month. Remaining hours will not be refunded.Hour packages for a particular month can be purchased in advance.
Academic/ Applied Monthly Hours Package (Rates)
20 Hours
Grade 7/8: $12.00/hr * 20 Hours = $240.00
Grade 9: $14.00/hr * 20 Hours = $280.00
Grade 10: $16.00/hr * 20 Hours. = $320.00
Grade 11: $18.00/hr * 20 Hours = $360.00
Grade 12: $20.00/hr * 20 Hours = $400.00
IB/AP Monthly Hour Packages (Rates)
20 Hours
Grade 9: $16.00/hr * 20 Hours = $320.00
Grade 10: $18.00/hr * 20 Hours. = $360.00
Grade 11: $20.00/hr * 20 Hours = $400.00
Grade 12: $24.00/hr * 20 Hours = $480.00

Booking Protocol
Each student must book in a minimum of a two-hour session. If the student books for at least two hours the same week, subsequent bookings in the week will not contain hour restrictions. All partial hour times will be rounded up to their half and whole number equivalents.
All bookings must be made at 10 a.m. on the intended day at the very latest, the student wishes to come in.
For special consideration, please contact me to set up a schedule.
If the student is late for their booking or does not cancel less than 10 hours before their intended time, the resulting time will be subtracted off of their hour packages.
Hour Packages and Payments
Payments will be accepted in cash, email transfer, and cheque. Email transfers can be made to courseconcepts@gmail.com.
Partial payments for packages will not be accepted.
The 5 Hour Package will be removed from the Hour Package Option. All other hour packages and rates have remained unchanged, with the addition of the monthly hour package.
All Hour Packages are valid for the current academic term which spans September – December of year 1 and January – August of Year 2. All packages will be considered null and void in the upcoming academic term I.e. September of Year 2. This will not affect current hour package holders but will come into effect for the registration of new packages within the new year.
All hour packages are non-transferable and are intended for the particular student.
